By accessing or using Ideary, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of them, you must not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone else who accesses or uses the Service.

Ideary is a SaaS feedback and idea management platform that allows organizations to create public boards where their users can post suggestions, vote on ideas, and comment. Organizations can manage the status of ideas, create categories, and maintain a public roadmap. The Service is offered through the website ideary.app and its associated subdomains, as well as through custom domains contracted by organizations.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. By doing so, you agree to: - Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. - Maintain the security of your password and credentials. - Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. - Assume responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or are used for fraudulent purposes.

You agree NOT to use the Service to: - Post illegal, defamatory, or obscene content, or content that infringes the rights of third parties. - Send spam, viruses, malware, or any other malicious code. - Impersonate another person or entity. - Interfere with the security or functionality of the Service. - Collect data from other users without their consent. - Use the Service to harass, threaten, or intimidate others. We reserve the right to investigate and take legal action against any use that violates these terms.

You are responsible for the content you post through the Service, including ideas, comments, votes, and any other material. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and process that content for the purpose of operating the Service. Organizations may moderate, merge, or delete posts on their boards in accordance with their own policies. Ideary is not responsible for content posted by users or organizations.

The Service, including its design, code, features, brand, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by Ideary and is protected by intellectual property laws. Organizations retain ownership of the content they post on their boards. Ideary does not claim ownership of the ideas, comments, or any other content generated by organizations' users.

Some features of the Service are offered under a paid subscription model, billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the selected plan. - The subscription will renew automatically unless canceled beforehand. - You must provide valid payment information and authorize the corresponding charges. - In the event of a failed charge, we may temporarily suspend access to the Service. - Prices may change with 30 days' prior notice.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers to paid plans. If you are not satisfied, contact soporte@ideary.app within that period to receive a full refund.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ideary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Ideary in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email and through a notice on the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Bogotá, Colombia.
